What is a Master Prophet?
For most of you who do not know what a prophet is, there is a difference between the prophet and the seer. One is a declarer, the other one just has an ability to peak into the future. So, the operative word here is “master,” “…that the Lord will take away thy master.” At that time their master would have been Elijah. So, the prophets had no problem. Then in 2 Kings 2:5 it says, “And the sons of the prophet that were at Jericho came to Elisha and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Lord will take away thy master from thy head today?”
Notice that the Master Prophet is the prophet that was referred to, “that the Lord will take away thy master from thy head today.” The master is the one that manipulates your thoughts. If you change your thoughts, you change your life. When a prophet sits under a Master Prophet, the prophet is learning how to shift thoughts in people’s minds and thoughts in people’s consciousness. It’s a shifting of thoughts. The Master Prophet is the one that has the ability to change what is in your hand by changing what is in your mind.
