We need to understand the foundational truths of the trustworthiness of God and His Word. As we believe in Him and take Him at His word, we will also learn more about God’s love for us. He expects us to not only to get our self to church and to act like a Christian on Sunday, but to live our life according to God’s guidance. God’s word generates life, creates faith, produces change, frightens the devils, causes miracles, heals hurts, builds character, transforms circumstances, imparts joy, overcomes adversity, defeats temptation, infuses hope, release power, cleanses our minds, brings things into being and guarantees our future forever. We can not live without the word of God. Never take it for granted. We should consider it as essential to our life as food.

God’s will is that we never stop growing. No matter how mature or immature we may feel in our spiritual life right now, God is beckoning us to a great adventure of ever increasing intimacy with God.

No matter what we were experiencing right now, financial insecurity, marital problems, temptation, health concerns, or more, we can leave those problems behind when we choose to live in God’s Word.

“And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man.”(Luke 2:52)

Bishop Jordan believes that the Spirit of God uses the word of God to make us like the Son of God. To become like Christ, we must fill our life with His Word. God’s Word is unlike any other words. It is alive. When He speaks, things change. Everything around us, all of creation, exists God said it. God spoke it all into existence.
