Faith is one thing that is very important in our Christian life. With faith in our life, we can enjoy the blessings that are given by God. We can enjoy eating our food, relationship with God and our loved ones and the life itself that was given to us. Our Lord created marriage that comes with pleasure; He has given us taste buds so that we can enjoy the food that He has provided. The purpose in life is not whole without having the knowledge and understanding how to enjoy things in our lives as well as the goodness of God. We can still have complete enjoyment in life even though we have nothing else but God and our faith in Him. God will give us satisfaction in the soul when we fully have faith in Him and if we do what He has taught us. Only with Christ can we achieve complete goodness, joy and lasting pleasure. (Psalm 23:5)
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. We should worship the Lord and be satisfied with what we have no matter how big or small that we have because it is only Him who can satisfy the soul (Psalm 103:5) Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
